Good start for sure. I like the classic entrance of the ship into the scene.

Crit would be that there seems to be no depth to any of the light. Not sure how to put it. Its not that its flat, just not real.

Is it the earth or another world? If earth, it may be fun for you to use a NASA map.

Yes, you should change the position of the sun, so it's more exciting in terms of light and shadow. The clouds also need more depth, you can easily take that up to 2000m or so. And the terrain looks like it's just white now. Why not use an earth texture map (to be found on this forum or elsewhere), or color a fictional world with browns, greens and some white mountain tops, and greenblue reflective water.

The only crit I would have is on the ship. Feels like it was put there as post work. Maybe changing the lights as mentioned before will help.
