Title: Tokay River
Post by: fleetwood on October 07, 2014, 05:50:52 PM
An old swimmin' hole for crocs. Few people dare to swim the "peephole".

I was looking at pictures of karst formations and wanted to give that sort of appearance procedurally to these Terragen octahedrons.

models: Alessandro, Walli, Mandrake, xfrog

Looks nice.
I would change the position of the crocodile or the tree behind. It is hard to see.

Thanks.
I rather wanted the crocs to be hard to see as they survived a very long time by blending in.

I like this, it's a bit unusual and also realistic. Except maybe for the strata in the rock, but on the other hand, they give a certain element of strangeness. I do like the way the crocs are, as not everything in nature is obvious right from the beginning. Good work!

Oh, nice! Lovely water, and I did not notice the croc until I saw the comments. Great camouflage :)
