Title: Geog image map shader for georeference?
Post by: russe166 on November 02, 2014, 04:51:34 AM
Hi!

The displacement from the "Geog heightfield load" and the overlay from the same image from the "Geog image map shader" does not fit in my case. The georeference coordinats are the same. The image from the "Geog image map shader" is mirrored.

What am I doing wrong?

hmmm...I don't thing a non satellite type image will have geog referencing in it's file. I'd just use a Displacement shader with the image map in the Terrain tab..and a Surface shader with the same image in the Shaders tab...off to look at your .tgd

Thanks for your reply! It seems to me that I have to take the NW,NE corner as SE,SW and vice versa.

Ah...good you figured it out...different creation/export axis I'm guessing not having WM.
I use TerraSculptorBETA and it is similar  but I've yet to export a terrain that is the size listed...always at least 10x what I set...strange as well but it is still in development and I think I reported that behaviour.
