I only got 20 of 26 correct.  To me it's usually the vegetation that's the hardest to make look real.  I'd like to see one of these quiz's that uses no post-work on either the photos or renderings.

Nice to see one of Tu's pieces in the selection (Martin Huisman). So 1 Terragen, 2 Vue's, and a bunch of Max/Maya/V-ray pieces, even a Cryengine rendering. Good puzzle Yossam, thanks.

First time I got a perfect on one of these.

The tests with lots of man made objects I find a lot harder. This proves to me that landscapes are much harder than smart phones and such, to make look real in 3D.
I can comfortably guess that it must be harder to make a good landscape program like TG too then. But we must not let that be an excuse for PS not to give us all that we demand from them! ;) ;D

Sorry Matt, just because its hard, doesn't mean we don't expect miracle from you! You cant be awesome if its easy :P

And yeah, I smiled to see Martin's image there too. I always like finding work from people here out in the world. Its a lot of fun for me too.

26/26. I was familiar with at least 1/4 of these already, so probably not fair. Definitely nice to see Martin's image in there though. The photos were too heavily weighted toward HDR processing though. Also some of the CG images would have been much more obvious if you could view at higher resolution (i.e. they were only tricky because they were kind of hard to see the details of). Still, very happy to finally see an environment-oriented version of this, which I've been arguing for for years!

The hardest ones for me were "Warsaw 1920, street view" and "Under the southern highway". Nice work. The mossy rock (13/26) is part of a series created in Blender:

20/26, some of those were really hard! Lack of detail/variety on the vegetation usually gives it away. For trees you just have to look at the branches, most models don't make for very fine branches.
