Title: Bubbling (displaced) water
Post by: TheBadger on February 14, 2015, 02:27:34 PM
Hi,

Has anyone had any success making bubbling water? If it can be done I would buy the setup as a preset.
The only thing I can think of is to do it in another app. but I think that would be even more work, if it is even possible in TG in the first.

in the link images there is also some foam, and that is a part of what I want, and I know people here have done some good stuff with foam. But what about the bubbling part? Like a geyser before it erupts, but not the eruption part.

Dont mean to ask about "almost looks right", or pretty close, but something that really works, and could maybe be animated.

Anyway, it could be fun for some of you function gods and node wizards. But I would be the first to buy a preset at NWDA or someplace if affordable if that is of interest.

This is one of those things that I would not want to try my self. Just want to have it to use and edit a little. I am really more interested in the look than how it is made.

I'll keep it in mind. Third is doable, I think, the other would need some rock pops  (or preferably sphere pops, which aren't possible).
