Suggestions? Don't eat the mushrooms!  ;)  Lots to like at this point, but the main thing to improve has to be the fallen tree. The hollow end looks too 'manufactured', perhaps some greater distortion in the model at that end? The mossy bark is rather nice, and overall the piece has fine potential as there is already a deep forest mood.

But I like mushrooms, with a little garlic, rosemary, butter, and braise them in a good red wine. Add a rib eye about 1.5-2 inches thick medium rare and a good sized baked potato. Damn I'm making myself hungry.................. :P

You're crazy!  Now I'm hungry too!!!

But really good pic. I agree to zaxxon largely. The branches of the fallen tree in the background left side look a little synthetic.

But the mossy bark and the overall impression is very good!

Really like all the moss on the rocks/etc.   The end of the log is not "rough" enough.  Other than that, it is terrific.

this is why I could never go vegan.  I mean without that steak in there, its just a tease.

Nice image.
I wonder if you can get God Rays in there at this scale? I cant get good lighting in TG at this scale... Big shots, oh yeah! But not scenes like this.
Hope you can think of an example of what I mean (from another renderer) I don't want to search right now.
Anyway, if you can do it it, please say so, I have had no luck, especially when I have fog mist, that makes everything flat.

I am going to rework the lighting to see if I can get the end to show up a little better. It is actually rougher than it appears................ ::)

I dig this man, The mapping on the rocks is the only issue IMHO. They are a bit too stretched out
