Title: Importing objects from Autodesk Combustion 3 to terragen 3
Post by: Haroldsworld on May 25, 2015, 04:38:34 PM
Hello Mr Oshyan,
This is Harald in Oslo. Since you last helped me regarding importing objects to Terragen, I have been working with this and send you some of the pictures that I made.
I first created the shaded objects in Autodesk Combustion 3 which I have, in the Paint section. What do you think of the results? Thanks.

Hello Mr Oshyan,
I am making some mailing errors here, I realize. But I wanted to attach some more of the pictures that I made after importing objects that I made in Autodesk Combustion 3.
What do you think of the result?

Sorry, I'm not Mr. Oshyan, but I'd like to know how you worked with objects in Combustion ???.
So, Combustion is a compositor program like After effects. I used it years ago, but I wasn't aware that you could work with exportable objects.

Hello,
I understand, yes that would be nice to import real 3D things into Combustion.
I still find the Combustion 4 a first class program, and I cannot really understand that Autodesk shelved it.
There are so many people every year that would have liked to have such a program.
I give you the link to one Combustion program that I have uploaded on my YouTube channel, here
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pLWaNwiVoHU
I attach for you two pictures that I have made this week, using Combustion's Paint and importing to TG,
and I used Combustion for the Composite, Texting etc. after the picture was rendered in TG.

Regards,

Harald
