Title: browser problem
Post by: Dune on June 19, 2015, 12:52:22 PM
I'm suddenly having trouble accessing certain sites with https as prefix (like google maps, google search page, even my tax login page, etc). No valid certificate is said by firefox. Does anybody have any idea how that can happen? It's bloody frustrating.

I would look in options/advanced/certificates

You can do lots of things there with certificates. Hope it helps.

Also check your computer's date. Sometimes date mismatches can cause certificates to appear outdated/expired.

I think I got it. My Avast antivirus was blocking sites, so I added https://* as safe website. seems to work. But bloody hell, it's getting more complicated every day.
