Had a 1-2 year old scene that i couldn't use in this or that way so much i tried.
Stubbornly i could only get this out of it together with postprocessing today.
Very dramatic, Kadri! Maybe a bit less contrast to see more of the rock structure?

I even did not wait for the underside to finish. It is so bad Hannes ;D
From my point of view this image would gain,if you would shape the silhouette
of the rock to something recognizable, thus stimulating the viewer's imagination.
Prepared a little example, but don't want to post it without your permission.
I made this one barely working. Go ahead i have no problem Jochen :)
Ok.
Just a crude little example.

Could be of course.
I made another attempt.
How does this look? I like this much more then my first try.

wow there's a woman's face in the top left corner!
I can see many things there but not a women's face unfortunately :)
Really? it looks like an old woman in a blackish dress blowing out breath, interesting.
Nope. And i am mostly very good at finding those kind of things. Can you show it?
Here ya go
I barely think is see something.
Maybe i can not see it so easily because i see much easier other things.
These two are from the same square as yours.
That is some interesting color contrasts going on there. I like the towering pinnacles that seem almost menacing.
Probably last attempt. There is too much going on in the clouds. So i thought maybe less color?
I really like the bw version!
Me too :)
Trees casting a shadow on the clouds?
Certainly looks that way. Neat.

Trees casting a shadow on the clouds?
If that is what you mean Booby and Chris, it is post work.
Only the first image is a render (and still does have postwork). The others are heavily edited versions.
Yes, the trees on top of the mounds. Still, looks very good for post work.
Shadows and godrays are nice but a radial-zoom kind of blur is always easy and ready whenever you want it.
That radial-zoom does come in handy. I used it a number of times in various photo editors.
Very cool!
A funny thing: I like the second one most. I can see there an old man with a hooknose! Anyone else?
