Hello,
I have tried to create something like a high plateau environment like the one of Causse Méjean for example situated south of Massif Central here in France.
Well it is not excactly the same, for example, I should have used another pine trees species more suited for that area, unfortunately I don't have convincing ones in my library.
The megalithic stones were done in Modo.

It's a very pleasant image. I really like the distance, with the wavy fields and wood plots. Are those megaliths in reality so irregular in shape? You may also try using the internal cube to make them. There are some things I would change, like the rocks on the path; more diversity in stones, and less of the bigger ones. Also the poles, they don't really look like wood sticks/poles.
But overall, it is very nice as it is.
Quite a unique environment. Good job on the populations also.
Very very nice. Great composition. I only regret the triangle stones on foreground.

Excellent work. I don't like the standing stones, maybe less displacement and sharper more grainy texture.
A very nice work!
I'm almost sorry to say that I agree about the megaliths.
But anyway a very great picture!
Thank you all !
You are right about the megaliths I will fix that.
David.
A little too much contrast but other then that i like it.
Here is an updated render.
I have also added some smaller rocks.
I hope it looks better now.
David.
They look great, all of the stones. It certainly looks like a nice place to take a Bike to or a Horse ride.
Great!
Great image! The update is really good.
I really like it as well. The thing I really liked when I first looked, is the feeling that I am looking down the terrain though I am sitting perfectly level with my screen. Made feel just a bit dizzy for a sec. You got the camera angle just right I feel.
Also love those rolling hills. I feel like they are near perfect scale. Care to share the .tgd of just the hills node? ;)
Very cool update, well done, looks like a place for a hike and picnic! :)

Nothing difficult here, it is just the terrain that comes up when starting Terragen. I have deleted the simple shape shader and changed the scale : 1000 for feature scale, 2500 for lead-in-scale, Displacement set to 100 with 0.75 roughness.
After that I just chose a good place where to set up the camera according to my needs.
David.
This is really cool, I love the road setup, I would love to see it go across the fields into the distance as apposed to veering off to the left. The contrast between the dirt and the grass is really well done, though maybe another population of smaller grass on the dirt showing the road isn't receiving traffic all day every day. You have some patches there in the middle of the road visible, but at the closest point to the camera it's a little bare.
Great improvement! ... And I'm in the mood now to read an old Asterix-comic :)
Great!
Very nice lighting and population use. This is a very evocative image.
