While working on the olives, I figured a nice addition would be to populate some birds in them.
Nice :)
WOW! Awesome mood here. Light, colors are great in particular on the 1st image.
I Like.
Like number 5 best, birds look good and very natural tones. Only the clouds look slightly odd.
Gob Smacked by those beautifully grotesque Olive trees.....cool addition of the birds...makes the trees seem more real their just being there...well done.
I very like the first one (-birds 5).
Durn, that's a great image!
Cool idea, fantastic trees! Are the birds just populated on the trees? Looks very natural.
Yeah, populated, very simple. Might need tweaking one or two of the buggers. Perhaps I'll make a series for NWDA in due time.
Cool addition! And those trees are great!
dang that is good!

wish I'd said that, heh heh heh
I'm getting the hang of ZB (a little). Made a European buzzard (Buteo) yesterday.
While I'm at it; I would like the procedural refinements to be visible in preview.....
The buzzard-5test is really good. Love the lighting of any of these images.
Coolness...looks similar to the mid sized hawks we have on the prairies

How I could miss this post?
Very cool bussards but I like the scene with the crows (are they crows?) most.
Yes, they are crows. I wanted to start out with some birds that can be populated in small to large numbers without conflicting realism, so to speak. Buzzards do congregate sometimes, though crows and such may be more interesting for pops. Magpie is another one on the list.
And if you don't want to miss any post, click on the first line under 'Hey, DocCharly65'. ;)
Fabulous models!
ZB is steep to learn... I am discovering too!
:)

Yeah, I noticed that too, but there's a ton of tuts available (and some personal help if you're lucky ;)). Good luck, Jason. Show us a nice render of what you made.
