Another attempt at squarish rocks.
Really like the contrasting lines on the left rock outcrop....those strong verticals play well with the smaller horizontal lines.....keep on tweakin'....
Rock face is excellent Ulco, topshelf as always
It is always interesting to see variations of the square rock experiments. I like the selections of vegetation you have here as well.
Nice one.
Some more experiments.
Great stuff, keep 'em coming.
The canyon is rather inventive. The most favored out of the three so far.
I like especially the canyon version too.
Indeed, the canyon version!!
Why choose just one? Your experimentation with the 'Blocky' displacements are really exciting Ulco; you continue to push the possibilities of the software, and create some wonderful images along the way!
Thanks guys. Some more.
I very like the last one. Nice shape on the rocks!
You probably already said, but that is a plugin with purchased version, I assume? Last render very realistic!
No plugin. I do admit it's made in the newest alpha version, but nothing extra that really, fundamentally influences the outcome. Sort of.
Y'know Ulco, I'd like to see a collaboration with you and Rene...could be monstrously awesome.
A few more rocksperiments. And a 'nice' DAZlady I made from adding some photo to the existing face texture. The dress still needs finesse and the torso needs wrinkles.
Landscape images are very nicely done. But seems like boat and figure standing next to it are kind of dark.
Very nice experiments, Ulco! I specially like the canyon from May 5th!
More experiments ;)
I prefer the last picture, is the better. Very experiment. ;)
Very nice, I prefer 18-05-16-v1B-1 myself as well.
Only the dark/black wasn't supposed to be there, it should have been bands, so I have to check that.
The v1b is great!
Nice trees in v1B-1. ;)
:D
Wow!
:)
Damn fine rockage!
That last one is (extra) awesome!!
J
There are some lovely shading details in those last images, especially on the strata. The blocks are super interesting. I'm intrigued by those.
Very nice.
Found the culprit, and I might as well add some V4 clouds now.
The light and shadow play in the new clouds from this perspective looks very nice. Of course the rock layer experiments are producing some very neat patterns.
Nice, love those clouds!
