where I downloaded the .png example ot the terrain made with that technique in the article and I'll admit, it got a little fantastic as in un-real but I really like where it went. I had to do some blurring in PShop and adjust the size and altitude in TG. Although you can't really see much of the sky it's Matt's mackeral from TG3 that is making the fine atmosphere. Thanks Matt. Walli and Dune grasses on the plateau, all the trees are XFROG freebies; Mulberry on the plateau, with Bluegum Eucalyptus and Coastal Wattle down to the water's edge.

Interesting terrain. I would try to concentrate the light on the front, so maybe some other cloud seed, or mask out the cloud where it inhibits light on the front hill and lake. And I would decrease roughness of the lake.

I like it. Just like Ulco said curious how a different lighting setup would look.
