Title: A selection of Scifi-Artworks I made
Post by: knoplund on June 11, 2016, 09:31:24 AM
Hi Everyone,

after some time of silent reading, I finally registered to the forum.
So, for my debut, here are some artworks I made. :)

As I use various other programs in my work, I always feared that my stuff wouldn't really "fit" here, as most of what I saw in this forum seems to be unedited Terragen renderings.

Terragen is still the main tool I use for image-generation, but I also use 3ds MAX for modeling/texturing objects, Photoshop for general editing and Colorgrading, BLCKINK for some effects, and sometimes some Mobile Apps for enhanced colorgrading.

So, I hope it's not too far removed from the purpose of this forum, and you like what I do.
I'm happy to finally be here. :)

Neat stuff! If you are like me, been waiting for the right storage spot to share TG renders. If you have a gallery, I think you can put a link in your profile or in each post ....

I hate uploading all my work and then, wham....oh no ......we are changing how we do it...lol.

Thanks for the warm welcome. :)

@luvsmuzik, Thanks! Yeah, I just wanted to post a small selection of what I do, as a start.
I use instagram/tumblr as a gallery/resume, I added the link to my profile. But I'm not a huge fan of overboasting self-promotion, so this ought to do.. :) But I will post future artworks here, if I find they might be interesting enough for the Pros. ;)

They all have a very fun retro sci-fi look to them.

The continuing concepts are very interesting.

5 and 6 could be Terraforming?

Classic Yorkshire.

Smashing images! I really like the style. You've nailed the colours really well.
