I agree, a little lighter would do it good, perhaps. But great effect!

Ultra? With RTA no need for that, unless you mean something else.

That reminds me of some photographs with that type of foggy sun ray effect. Very neat. Yes, slightly more exposed.

Lovely rays and lighting!

Detail 1 is probably wasted here as most of the render consists of objects, which will be rendered with ray-tracing anyway. You're getting very detailed terrain but most of that is in shadow and you can't see the detail there anyway. And the quality settings in populations also have no effect when objects/populations are ray-traced, as they are by default (and as they almost always should be).
