A little test that I had done a long time ago. No one has ever seen it till now, so posting it :) It's supposed to be an alien planet.

Cool! What is the secret for those stars?
Good old Photoshop. I just played with noise and then applied levels and crunched it to kill off a lot of the density. Created multiple layers in the same way and masked each one randomly to produce somewhat of a star field. ;)
