Title: Lines
Post by: rcallicotte on September 03, 2007, 04:32:44 PM
Can anyone tell me what they think these lines are?  I'm posting the TGD in case someone wants to look at the file.  I'm sure it's something I don't understand...which is why I'm posting it.  The picture is from a little over a meter away.

I think it is the same as in my issue posted there: http://forums.planetside.co.uk/index.php?topic=1806.msg17519#msg17519

It is already taken care of.

Perhaps it wasn't addressed in this update.  ???

If it was, it might be that I'm too close to the surface.  Further away, like at 9 meters, the lines aren't visible.

On the other hand, this is still happening.

is this made with nodes or is it from data? if its data it could just be how it was collected, some time of noise with-in the equipment.

This is from a node network.  What do you mean by "data" or "how it was collected"?  Sorry to sound dense, but I'm not sure what you mean.

Definitely not from data. The smoothing in TG2 would have obliterated these if they were data related.  Looks more like a function terrain.

I was talking like a DEM or something and it was just noise from the equipment.
