I need to know what the diff types of surface shaders do and how to make a photo realstic and not fuzzy. Or like a teacher to teach me the ways.

Practice at things and ask questions. That's what everyone here does.
Grab TGCs and TGDs from those who have been gracious enough to present from their pool of knowledge for others (see the File area).
