Title: JPG to TG2
Post by: dhavalmistry on September 08, 2007, 12:49:54 AM
I have a bunch of terrain brushes for vue (came with Asile FX training CD) in jpg format and I was wondering how can I import them into tg2 and make it use as a heightfield map, just like we did with 0.9 version (with plugin installed)

I do not want to use them as blending shader. I am uploading a sample jpg.....

Hi,

Create a new Load File heightfield. In the file dialog which opens change the file type filter in the popup to "All Files". Choose your JPEG file.

TG2 supports a lot of different image formats for terrain import, I'm not actually sure what they all are myself. Suffice to say, if you choose a file with a format which isn't supported, TG2 will let you know.

Regards,

Jo
