Title: That Time of Year
Post by: fleetwood on November 07, 2016, 06:19:39 PM
Using the photo I made and posted in Open Disc. as a reference, but not trying to duplicate it too much. ( that way lies madness  ;)
A few impressions, using xfrog elderberry shrub. Its leaves are planar parts.

Very nice. I would try to give those planars some subdivision and bend them a little. Perhaps that can even be done in XFrog, don't know really.
What I wonder most about are the (very nice) drops; are they a pop of drops, or post?

Thanks all,
Drops are populated object made in C4d. Fortunately creating some sort of smooth nearly spherical thingy approximately matches my modeling abilities.  :)

I wasn't sure really at first if it was a photo or not :) Nice work.
