Playing around with squashes and pushing lateral outcrops out on strata (masked by erosion, will post later on it) and than blending with daniil's classic erosion at about 45% with a constant colour.
Nice melty looking layers.
interesting stuff, anxiously awaiting the promised post heh heh.

I put up a demonstration TGD here (https://planetside.co.uk/forums/index.php/topic,24510.0.html) and Kadri put up a variation which is totally wicked. No erosion there, that can be easily done with just the blend mask of Classic Erosion and a constant colour. Though a computer terrain/normal will be required after the VD.

Oddly enough I see no .tgd of any kind in this thread.
Hover your mouse over the "demonstration TGD here" part above Bobby. It is a link. The colour doesn't stand out i assume (red)?

Oh my gosh! I did not know that the links were hard to see for you Bobby! I'll be sure to make sure links are noticeable. My apologies.
