Opening shots by yours truly in LW 2018 and the mighty Terragen 4. Did it as an on again off again thing as time permitted over at Zoic, where we did the original series and the feature.
There's archive stuff we did years ago in the video as well. I did the old Serenity pulls away from the train shot 15 years ago now. Wish I'd had the tools then we have today.

Still pretty upset about this series cancellation. I don't think that's a grudge I'll ever shake with network execs.
Amazing new shots produced, they look stunning. Gave me chills of epicness with that pull away from the planet. If there is a scifi show that should be picked back up, it's Firefly.
Sweet :)
Great stuff, really glad to see this! I'm a huge fan of Firefly too. :D

very very nice work!
Ditto!
test frames from earlier versions
Wow those are so amazing, the depth on the first one looks incredibly photo-realisitc.
Damn I miss that show.
Shiney work.
Great to see your work back in a movie. Awesome shots.
Great work!
Wehay! That was the first sci-fi in years that I had respect for.
Great work.
I love this! I do not think the world was ready for this yet. I liked the story line with "in cheek" humor as well. Sorry if it hurts, but I loved Castle series for that reason too.

I'd just like to say thanks to one of the creators of the series that restored insanity in my small group of comix artists/sci fi fanatics here in Winnipeg
Echo others. I loved that series and movie, So much so that my wife got me the entire series on DVD for Christmas one year.
Thanks for posting. Love that show.
