What more can I say. Two grasses, a fern, a flower, two birches (adult and sapling) and 5 pine versions. And two pigeons foraging.
Wow! Really Nice. Looks like places we go hiking
Good lord, that's a lot of foliage. Like the vibe.
Nice natural look.
Love the lighting ....this is super.
Looks fabulous.
WIN
NICE
Been on many trails like this one. Wish I were now. Nice.
very nice!
Looks really nice, I like the lighting, good position and angle for the veggies.
Luv 'em! really good use of veg and great texturing.
Beautiful! Looks very natural.
Gorgeous gorge :)
I could not find any difference to a nature-foto at first glance! Very beautiful!
Thanks ladies and gentlemen. And while we're at it; here's another one I just made. I wanted to try a gorge, so I did a few terrain seeds, found a nice spot with 2 hills, and used 2 SSS's to vector displace each area, so they bent to eachother. Then some huge fake stones and warps to get the additional shapes.
The fall was an afterthought; a cube placed so the halfdomed end fitted a nice area in the rock, a soft SSS with an opacity mask from default shader placed so only top end was visible. Grey mask area broken up by vertically stretched PF through a surface shader's breakup input. Some bluish and white slightly Y-stretched ridged perlin for the watercolors and displacement, and a reflective shader after it.
The local cloud with a vortex shader for some whirl.
Just playing around ;)
A big "wow" again, Ulco :)
Just speechless. I can't remember that I'd have seen a better waterfall before.
You make it sound so easy! Foliage tones superb, especially the fern variation. The little after thought....sheesh! WOW :)
the first 2 are stellar images all round...totally lush as it should be in summer heh heh, but I am not convinced by the waterfall. Using the rounded end of a cube is a great idea though...Was this just a 'doodle' or are you going on with it? Only the water texture needs fixing some how IMHO.
Just a doodle. I am trying to find a way to make procedural (and natural-looking) parabolic dunes. So if anyone needs a challenge.... ;)
This is what I was able to achieve.
I was thinking along similar lines, but never really got nice paraboles.

I think there may be a problem with the alignment. I am not entirely certain as to what else is a problem.
If you have one sized ellipses or circles, you can easily shift the inner 'hole' a standard size, if you need mixed sizes, you need to mix them afterwards. I may have another go at it.
