Can anyone tell me if asteroid belts will be supported in Terragen by the final release?

Maybe a dumb question but I'm still curious.

They are not likely to be *specifically* supported in the final release this year but will probably be added later. There are various ways of achieving fairly good results already however. There are several threads around the forums about it.

I need to finish my program. I'm using planets to do this and so the belts are only about 1 or 2 degrees of the circle. Otherwise, everything slows way down.
