Title: What happened with the Creative edition?
Post by: archonforest on July 28, 2019, 03:32:15 PM
I just got a message that says: The Creative Edition cannot render bigger than full HD???? What happened and when? When I bought my first Creative package I was able to render 5000 by 5000 as far as I remember. Since my first package I paid about 80/90 usd for an upgrade and recently about 50 to have version 4.3. Not sure how it is fair?

Nothing has changed in terms of resolution limits. Are you trying to render an animation or a still image? Still images are limited to 5k x 5k, and animations are 1920x1080 max. If you've moved the time line from frame 0 or 1 it may not render even a still at above 1080p, but in general stills rendering should work up to 5k in Creative. You can see details of the feature comparison here:

Okay got it. It is a shared file suppose to be a still shot.... but a closer look revealed that the person who made this tgd file moved the timeline.... :-X
Thanks Oshyan for the debug.  :-X :-[
