just a little side project to give me a break from the snow project...
I am very happy with the result... :D
now all I need is a rock climber model to imply the scale.....anybody??
Very nice shapes you got there dhavalmistry :P
Yeah, great shapes! It could use a bit of texture work and, as you said, a bit of scale. You could try moving the camera so that it shows some of the base and then put a population of really tiny trees to help show the scale.
Excellent terrain. I'd like to see some texturing.
some texturing and implied scale...can you find it?? :D
hope you all like it....
Pretty good texturing, though my eye wants more. As for the climber, he / she is in the shadows.
Nice work

something else using the same function setup.... :)
nice i like the green to well done
much nicer - and more realistic.
That's really awesome work Dhaval!
Surfacing looks pretty and the displacements look very cool. Realistic work, love that.
Would you like to share a screenshot/settings for these displacements? :)
That'd be great.
Are you going to post more updates? ;D

I will share a screenshot with the next update and I am not going to share the file since it will do no good as per learning how to do it....
I started with the clue given by Volker here (http://forums.planetside.co.uk/index.php?topic=1939.0) in reply #3 and build from there....
