Sorry for ringing the alarm bell... Well, at least you discovered the issue thanks to me. :P
On an unrelated note, it's a pity that .tgo plant format has leaf translucency values turned off. It's a ton of work to enable this later in all the pops around the scene...
And also, it's not like you can access the file through notepad and make edits to the translucency setting. It has to be done through TG. ::)
