Title: Monks
Post by: Dune on December 07, 2020, 06:48:03 AM
I wanted to call this 'Merry Christmas', but decided not too. I might use these guys for something like that, but without the crosses and wheel ;)
Just testing some new monks I needed for a commission.

Very well done, very believable. Nice skin features and the clothing is excellent!

Monks?  I could qualify for that status... ;D Really nice facial expression on that last one!

Wow - they really are well done. Would you mind sharing what app you're using to make them with?

Thanks you. Sure; DAZ genesis 1 figure (software and character are free, so are a lot of facial morphs to be found on the web), with clothes made in Marvelous Designer. I've used ZBrush to make some of my own morphs of the faces (like a Roman nose, or a complete Neanderthal), and used some photo's of people to get different characters.
I know DAZ is loathed by some, but I guess with a little extra work... and it saves me a lot of time sculpting my own people from scratch.
