I was curious how your image would look after Topaz Gigapixel AI. There is some small postwork too.
The noise is mostly gone from the clouds. But it looks more on the painterly side now probably.
Not sure if you will like this ( if you don't want this here i will delete it).

I think I prefer the TG version but leave it up so others can make up their own minds.

Honestly, I prefer the TG image as well. Nice and painterly.
