Title: Binary
Post by: WAS on February 03, 2021, 03:38:42 AM
Another doodle, testing some glowy cloud balls lighting a planet. No sun, just planets with light sources at the center and clouds for glow and a hidden surface (by glow).

Looks good.
As it was more a test i suppose you made the stars bigger then normal. Other then this i like it.

Yeah this is way smaller than scale. Was going to attempt a fly by. Lower sun haze as you approach it to see surface detail rippling but having some sampling issues when I pull the planets out further so the lighting on them is more natural. In this test you can see just the moon being little closer to the cameras position totally changes lighting.
