hey guys this is my first image post here some of you may know me from terranuts.

its pretty amazing that this came out of my little compaq pc with only 256mb of memory!
it took 8 hours to render not bad i don't think

the peak was a height field i made in world machine
its about 1.7 km high.i used a redirect shader with three twist and shear shaders attached to it.
i really liked how the texture came out on the peak all it was was an image i put through a default shader i then added a power fractal for the bumps.

Cool job.  Like the clouds, the sense of height, the POV and the lighting.  Cool snow, too.
