Very nice :).  The individual grass blade look a bit low-poly, but I really like the way they're meshed together as opposed to TG's grass which is straight up.  If you want to upload them to Ashundar, please do :).

This looks very nice. What where your AA settings? The higher the AA the better they will look I guess.
Are these also the grass models you wanted to give a shiny/wet look?
Hopefull you'll share them @ ashundar. Nice model!

Martin

I am actually surprised how fast it renders...

the above image was rendered at 1360 x 768 with quality set to 0.7 and AA set to 6....and it only took 1h 45m

yes this is the grass I wanted to add wet look to....

That's fairly quick yes :)
I'd like to see it rendered at AA 12 or something.
Render detail setting doesn't need to be increased that much I think.
Are you going to try my suggestion?

Regards, Martin

Dhaval,

You should post that procedural grass image (that got about 60% complete before crashing).  I thought it looked incredible.

Why detail 1? Detail 0.8 or something will do good enough I think. It will save a lot of rendertime.

Purple??? I hope it's realistic because I personally don't like surrealistic TG renders  :P
Looking forward to see it. I'm also rendering a new version of my strata image and it takes AGES :( but I should also be able to post it tomorrow :)
