Title: Individuals
Post by: rcallicotte on December 12, 2007, 02:33:26 PM
This is one of the first TG2 images I made in the free version.  Here it is again...sort of...in the Deep version.

All the lighting in this is from one Light Source.

hmm, Its..Intresting and diffrent!

I think the Image map you used (Im assuming you used one of course ;) ) Makes the objects in the terrain look shiny and reflective.

From what I can guess though, nice use of functions!

No functions.  Just inverted craters.

The reflectivity is from the light source.  No sun.  The light is inside the terrain.

QuoteNo sun.  The light is inside the terrain.

I will have to try that.

Actually, this is good in a surreal sort of way.

My first image in TGTP looked well worse than my first in TG v0.9!  This image looks better than both.

It wasn't my very first, but one of the first things we learned to do here - invert things, like craters.   ;D

I always liked this because I learned I didn't need the sun to make light.  This must have a lot of potential, since the possibilities seem close to endless.

Neat! Very imaginitive. I'm afraid my stuff is much more staid - this is more like the TG equivalent of free verse.   :)
