Title: Gaea Desert
Post by: SILENCER on June 30, 2021, 10:14:35 AM
All Gaea output, including the color shading

What was strange, I found, was that in order to get it to render properly, I had to dump all the Satmap images (one of the Gaea outputs) into a multi-merged Colour Function in one surface shader.

If I tried to have the individual color maps as color functions on individual shaders, only one would be seen.

Nevertheless, the results aren't bad, but not all the way there yet.

Looking pretty good.  I usually just use a single combined color map out of Gaea, and then a second for snow.

If these maps have solid colors and no mask is used, every next surface shader would overrule the one before.
Nice terrain, btw. I also like the one cloud formation.
