Just tried to download an update to Terra2 deep but the Zip panel vanishes before I have time to
click on a 'save to disc' button.
Any clues? Downloading earlier on another site no problem.

There are no updates...as far as I know.
Do you mean the Free Non-Commercial Edition? Can you tell us where you were downloading from so we can diagnose the problem?
If you mean the Deep edition, that is only available from the www.planetside.co.uk servers via a URL which we provide to you in an email or through the "check for updates" feature in Terragen. If it is from any other domain name then it is not a legitimate version and should not be trusted. Any information you can provide to us by email ( support@planetside.co.uk ) would be welcome.
