Does anyone have a gumroad? Are you familiar with the new paypal payment method?
My 5.00 files are getting a 1.25 dollar tax applied, and that tax is being paid to me. What the heck is going on? I'd imagine if it was sales tax or anything, Paypal would be taking it to pay my state or country, but the tax applied is in my account... I am very confused and have yet to hear back from Paypal.
Update: Oh they are taking the tax! It's just not showing as such in the breakdown of payment/transfers. In fact, I only get 3.8 dollars of the 5.00 with the 1.25 tax they add. Definitely do not want paypal as an option for payment. How absurd. My customers and myself are being ripped off.
