Title: Manipulate node position by RPC
Post by: aokcub on November 06, 2022, 05:05:11 AM
To learn Terragen RPC I wrote a simple code that creates Easy Cloud and inserts it between Planet Atmosphere and Planet.
https://gist.github.com/aokcubcg/4a138b0fbeb3347f9bcaa08f2529017a

Since the coordinates of the generated node is undefined, I manipulated the "gui_node_pos" parameter so that it is placed at the bottom right of Planet Atmosphere.
However, when I ran the script, the node was not positioned correctly. (the first figure)

Once I saved the project and reopened it, it was placed as intended. (the second figure)

I hope this post will help you improve RPC feature.

Please let me know if my code has problem.

Thank you.
