Title: Soyuz approaching
Post by: Hannes on January 30, 2023, 07:16:54 AM
Well, I hope it's not too boring for you, but here's another NASA like image.
I noticed that I had a more detailed model of the Soyuz module (or what it's called) also made by Chris Kuhn, who had made the ISS model I used. He once made both models freely downladable (I don't remember where), but they were completely untextured and had no UV mapping. So after I had done this job with the ISS some time ago, I did the same with the Soyuz model now.
I like it very much. Unfortunately I couldn't get the wrinkles and folds of the fabric that's wrapped around this thing. There are some incredibly high detailed models of it on the web, but I hesitate to spend too much money for models, although they are really worth it. So nevertheless I'm quite happy with it.

Why not doing a render with a TR3-B?
