Hey all,
This is my latest render, The planet in the middle is pretty simple, and the GI and "Shield" Needs working (I'm trying to apply a more Reflective Effect) Which I'll work on tomorrow,
Anyway, enjoy!

Nicely done! How exactly did you get the shield? My first guess would be a cloud layer.
my second guess would be cloud layer too...
very nice...and unique!
Oh, cool. A bubble! I'm assuming this is a closeup view of a Paris Hilton bathtup scene. ;D

Damn! How did you know! ;)
@ B_G and Dhava- Yeah, its a very thin cloud lair, I think I acheived the effect quite well...but I'm working on improving it as we speak..
Hopefully I'll have an updated version later on tonight..
By the way, I wasn't barbing you. That is cool.
Cool shield Macleod! ;D

I know you were'nt ;) :D
Sorry guys, this is taking longer then I thought to figure out....
Has anyone here ever tried to apply a reflective shader to a cloud layer before?
Never. How's that going?
Applying a reflective shader to a cloud layer won't do what you expect, because the cloud layer is not a surface (and the reflective shader operates on surfaces). At best it may turn everything in the scene reflective, but I wouldn't know for sure without trying it.

Thanks Matt,
Hmm...I'll keep looking to see if I can find a way to apply, some sort of reflective look to the clouds
