I dont know whats causing this but I have never seen so many bugs in one render!....
and I know the render is small but as you can see, due to amount of clouds....it took 25 mins to render at 0.45 quality and 45 atmo samples....clouds quality set to 2
anyways....guess is acceleration cache....I will do more tests in the morning, try to render with acceleration cache off....
Where you editing the svene while the render was running?
The v shaped patch on the left looks a lot like the results I get if I change parameters while a render is in progress. This has been discussed elsewhere but I often change settings / parameters while renders are inprogress.
no I wasnt changing any paramaters while rendering....
There is a bug with the acceleration cache which I have recently fixed. It will be fixed in the Beta and later versions.
