How do you guys attach images to your posts? What is the syntax?

Just below the text box that you write your post there is a red link saying additional options, click there and there'll be a box and a browse button, that's where you attatch the files. The site is intelligent enough to know whether you posted and image or a TGD file, etc. and will display it accordingly.

I'm getting totally blind. I looked down there and saw everything but the HUGE Attachement box.
That's the second time I've done that on this website. I need to slow down.
