What should I do to not show those rays coming from the Sun, but still show everything else?
Thanks.

Two ways:
1. In the cloud layer turn off 'Enable Secondary' - this turns off shadow casting by the clouds.
2. In the settings of the sun turn off 'Shadows of atmosphere'

Well, but any of these choices will remove also the dark part of the coulds. And I want the cloulds to have shadows, but I would also like to not see the rays from the Sun and not to see the clouds' shadows on the terrains?
Is there any other way to do that?
Thanks again.
I think that you should decrease the Haze density.

Well, sunrays are the contrasting areas where clouds' shadows are and where not.
