I thought I had his rendering a a higher resolution but I guess I was wrong. ::) I'm going to be re-rendering it over night. C & C welcome.
Beautiful. The water is really nice.
Only a litte more variations with the grass and trees and I think it would be perfect.
very nice.....only thing I would say is to increase tree density!
beautiful view !
Pretty nice. It reminds me of when I tried the Far Cry demo, only better. 8)
Beautiful work, like a photo !! (http://smileys.sur-la-toile.com/repository/Respect/bravo-applaudi-147.GIF)
Wow. Perfect clouds and water.
HEH, when I was viewing the pic, a friend of mine saw It and said: - I know that place!!! It's in "the island"!!! I was once there!!
Do I need to say more??? Great pic!!! ;D
lol ! get some new friends ^^
I like the stones on the coast and the watercolor is beautiful...
I am wondering, every day you post very good images.... what is your rendermachine? or how many pc's do you use for rendering?
Gastar
I render on one machine. A laptop with 512 RAM and 1.6 ghz processor. I need to get a new machine real bad. ;D
Really nice feeling of expansive space and distance.
Finally got around to re-rendering this, when I tried it last week it crashed half way through. ::) It is basically the same image with some more trees.
What a splendid realistic image.
excellent render...very realistic!
Love it- full of subtleties. I say keep the trees as they are.
monks
Excellent realism.
good view !
Great work! Trees, rocks, water and overcasted clouds look splendid!
Great water and angle.
A beautiful image. Great sense of reality and a little more trees turnes out well. Thanks for sharing.
Rob
That's incredible, were the islands done in TG2 or 3rd party? ooh and where'd ya get the trees from?
Thanks for all the comments. Everything is done inside of TG 2. By islands, do you mean the "things" coming out of the ocean near the horizon?
There are two tree models used. One is mr-miley's english Ewe and the other is xFrog's free birch.
cool, I just meant the land mass.
Wow great image, the extra trees in the second version help with the realism. The slightly overexposed look to the sky on the right makes it look like a real photo :)
