The settings for your information :
details : 0.8
AA : 20
GI relative detail : 4
GI sample quality : 4
GI Surface details : enabled


   I believe that you should increase the AA(http://smileys.sur-la-toile.com/repository/Surpris/machoire2.gif)

Well, that must have taken forever to render! But still, I'd run it through photoshop and blur it manually - somehow.

I would raise overall exposure of the image to give it a brighter, sunnier feel. But as far as the general look it is excellent - very realistic.
