Looks very nice, Jaggedy. I suppose this is TG2? Because of the stones in the foreground, which I would not know how to make them in TG0.9

Very nice.  I would play with lighting...like soft lighting and maybe a little soft-clip effect, increased contrast and decreased gamma in the renderer.  Another thing - did you use the Surface GI setting?  That might help.  Generally, more GI would help as well.

For just getting started with TG2, you are doing some mighty fine work here. Impressive work!

thanks for the input folks!
the next one is being tweaked as we speak, gonna add some strata, and sort out the 'blown' fake stones....the displacements were way too high, and although they looked 'OKish'...up close the didnt work...tried some vegetation too, but couldnt get them looking right, all the models I tried looked like they were pasted in in Photoshop???
Cheers

Great rock overhangs and fantastic rough stony surface.
