Did you purchase Deep+Animation?
If not, you can't...

If you have, use the bar at the bottom to select the frame you want, and then change any value you need to be animated and then click the button next to it with the '∫A>' symbol on it. Then the numbers should turn green and blue. Green is a set value, blue is an automatically calculated number inbetween.

Once you have set the first frame, select the next frame you want to change, then change the values and click the animation symbol. And then the next frame and the next.

This way you can animate allmost anything you like. I've once made a tree jump out of the ground (http://www.ashundar.com/index.php?action=dlattach;topic=3621.0;attach=1029), and recently a planet eating an asteroide.

Have fun!

I'm still not understanding the proper use of the set animation key.perhaps you could explane verbatum how it is done.

First, do you have the Deep Animation version?  Won't do any good, if you don't, since the information won't correlate.

Then Mohawk's explanation is clear.  But, you might not know what is what.

The animation frame is found at the bottom by selecting the number of frame (usually 1).  Set the Animation Key for the values you're planning to animate - SA> , which is the value of your setting you will animate.

The final version is supposed to eventually be created to work with more finesse.

Just to be clear, animation controls will not be significantly different in the coming "gold" (final code) release of TG2 itself. The Animation *Module* is essentially what you have purchased in addition to TG2 Deep, and this will not be going "gold" itself until some time later. Registered Deep + Animation users will of course be entitled to a free update to the final release of the Animation Module when it is available.

As far as the instructions for animating, I think Mohawk's explanation covers the fairly basic controls available now. It is still remarkably powerful even in this basic state, considering you can animate almost anything. If you need more information, perhaps you can specify exactly what you are having a problem with.
