Hi, I'm currently working on a render where the camera is in orbit and watching an asteroid impacting a planet. The problem is that I cannot get the contrail made by ogre over at ashundar to work. I've set up the points so the contrail should be going from the camera to the impact site but nothing appears. ??? and help would be much appreciated
Make sure that you have the cloud layer that it's plugged into have the appropriate depth and height.
I guess I shouls rephrase the question: what shader in the contrail network do i plug into the cloud layer's density fractal belending shader? is it the "multiply scalar" node at the end?

Then you should connect the labeled "Final Mask Output" to your cloud density fractal blend shader input.
