How do you reduce the blackness of shadows?
Now that is a tough question without any idea of what your settings already are. There are probably dozens of different ways to do it. Here are a few you can try:
- Turn on Soft Shadows
- Increase Global Illumination settings
- Reduce the contrast settings
- Add some fill lighting
- Increase Camera Exposure
