Title: Schools of fishes
Post by: Zairyn Arsyn on October 26, 2008, 11:09:41 AM
this is a departure from most of my previous renders

the first render is a view from over head showing two populations of fish swimming in different directions,
and in the second render the most of the fish are floating above the water.

both of these took over 7 hours to render

I got the fish objects from this website:

Nice work.  Now I want to get some coral models and render a reef scene.

Nice colors.  Good lighting.  I haven't seen many fish above water in such numbers before, but this could actually go somewhere.

thank you, thank you,
awhile back I did some rendering projects with the same objects, but they were placed even higher in the air, like they were floating or flying.

I like the second one too, has some "ancient babylon mystery school"-touch 8) You know, the fish as a symbol of Dagon/Nimrod and the obelisk as a you-know-what :-[ of Baal ;D Exciting stuff! :D
May I ask you to render it bigger? ???

I'll do a high resolution render, that is if i still have that .tgd, (I did that on a labtop I was barrowing) and now I have new more powerful machine, but I'm fairly sure I brought that .tgd to my new machine.

I'll start rendering it soon..........

Oh, I almost forgot a thing... here you go:

1. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dagon
2. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nimrod_(Bible)
3. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Baal
4. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Diana_(mythology) --> I almost forgot the moon goddess, also in your picture :P

You see what you have done! ;D

Don't add a pyramid to the image or the symbolic overkill will create a black hole and swallow the earth ;)
