how can i create this?

my result is not a continent, are islands.....! :-\

Ah, that is not so difficult... Use the powerfractal scale settings, especially the 'lead-in scale' to increase the shape of the landforms.
If you pull the slide all the way to the right, worked nicely for me the last few times.
